Non-Solicitation & Hiring Restriction

The Client agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months following its termination, the Client will not, either directly or indirectly, solicit, employ, or contract with any Virtual Assistant introduced through Canzell Business Platform.
If the Client breaches this provision, the Client agrees to pay Canzell a liquidated damages fee of $10,000 per Virtual Assistant to cover recruitment, training, and business losses.
Additional Terms

  • Hours are non-refundable but may roll over for up to 30 days.

  • Additional hours beyond the subscription are billed at $20/hour.

  • Pre-purchased packs (10, 20, 50 hours) expire in 90 days.

  • All services are rendered under Canzell’s brand and quality guarantee.
