Ten Percent for Ten Causes

We want to partner with you to help the causes that you are most passionate about.  When you close a home with us, you can choose from one of 10 different charities, that we will give 10% of our company dollar directly to that cause. You get to choose. Maybe you’re passionate about helping the homeless or maybe the crisis pregnancy center, or orphans oversees.

Everybody has a cause that’s near and dear to their heart, and this is your chance to make a difference.

If you select to give to the “MOST URGENT NEED”, our board of directors will assess the needs of approved churches or charity, and allocate the donation to the organization that has the most

pressing needs at the time.

Our ultimate “Why” is too give back to impact our community and world with the love of God,

while meet their needs in a practical way.
